Program name and purpose

Gold 2 Green Ltd. Customer Care Texting (“Program”) allows customers to text our business number with questions and photos of items they would like to sell. We reply with customer support, buying guidance, questions needed to evaluate an item, and quote ranges when possible.

How you opt in

You opt in by sending the first text message to our published business number (e.g., from our website, in-store signage, or our public listings). This Program is primarily customer-initiated—we respond to your inquiry.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and the back-and-forth needed to evaluate the item(s).

Costs

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan.

Opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt back in. Standard “STOP” wording is the industry norm.
